PCA SKIN Professional™ Products and PCA SKIN® Clinical Care Products are an excellent addition to any aesthetic or medical business. In comparison to facials, peels are quicker, lower-maintenance (no machinery required) and produce more dramatic results. PCA SKIN treatments can also be used in conjunction with other medical modalities like microdermabrasion to enhance results.
Here are some marketing tips when starting to use PCA SKIN peels in your spa or office:
- Charge a client for five treatments and do the sixth one free.
- Learn how to enhance the results of microdermabrasion, ultrasound, LED, IPL and laser with PCA SKIN products.
- Alternate the different treatments on a client, according to their skin care goals.
- Promote the Pumpkin Peel Treatment and Clarifying Mask during the holidays-they are milder than the other treatments, but still produce great results.
- Take photos of your clients and use photos of those clients that show the most dramatic improvements (with their written consent) to build your own "before and after" photo library.
- Consult with clients two weeks before their peel treatment and sell them a trial-size system for Normal/Dry Skin or Oily/Problem Skin.

Return Policy
- Sigmacon does not issue cash refunds. We will exchange the product or issue a credit toward future purchases.
- All products being returned require prior approval by Sigmacon
- Sigmacon is not responsible for lost returns, please keep a record of the tracking number on all packages being returned.
- Returns of unused, unopened, and unmarked product will be accepted within 90 days of the purchase date from Sigmacon and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped by the buyer to Sigmacon. A credit will be placed on the account; no cash refunds will be issued. Only product costs are subject to credit or exchange; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Patient Returns
Patient returns due to dissatisfaction will be accepted within 4 months of the purchase date from Sigmacon. All patient returns must be shipped by the buyer to Sigmacon before a product will be considered for credit or replacement. Buyer may choose a replacement or an account credit on a future order for product being returned. We will honor this policy unless the products are being dispensed inappropriately.
Claims Policy
All leaking or defective product will be replaced immediately at no charge. Sigmacon will issue a request for the product to be picked up by FedEx at the expense of Sigmacon. Buyer is responsible for all FedEx product pickups issued by Sigmacon. Buyer will be charged if leaking or defective product is not returned.
